people say that having a healthy life is not related to a balanced diet.
Eating a balanced diet is a big reason to have a healthy
life. When people start a diet with a clear plan of food and drinks that
contain what the human body needs, they will help their body to be healthy .Vegetarians
are an example of people who are being following a kind of diet that includes vegetables
and fruits only. Also Vegans are another example of a diet that prevents the
person from eating meat and it doesn’t allow him to drink animal’s milk, he
eats only fruits and vegetables.
On the other hand, there are people saying that a balanced
diet in our daily life is preventing our body having vitamins and needed
nutrition. Moreover, people and experts says that sports and exercises can be
more effective that the diet plan. For example, if people start exercising regularly
every day for at least 30 minutes it will be very useful for the body.
Finally, it is a good idea to have a diet plan but at the
same time it should include all the body’s nutritional needs plus playing
sports also.
