The two charts show reasons for study according to the age
of student either for career or for interest. On the other hand, the second
graph shows the employers support to employees by their age group.
Most people who are over 49 years are interested in
studying. While, people who are under 26 years are not interested in studying. Moreover,
the young people under 26 years are studying to have a job or for their future career.
And when they are becoming older they will be studying not for career or job
but for interest.
The employer support is different for the age of groups .For
example, young people under 26 years have support at 64% more than the age
group 26-29 who have support at 50% .And for the age group 30-39, they have 33%
support. After that, the employer support is increasing to 37% for age group
40-49 and 44% for old people over 49 years old.
To conclude , we can recognize from the graphs shown that
the peak of support which is provided by the employers to employees is in the
under 26 age group.
